SHIPPING & DELIVERIES

(1) How long do deliveries take?

A STANDARD/GROUND delivery will take anywhere from 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS.

An EXPRESS delivery will take anywhere from 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS.

We do not offer OVERNIGHT DELIVERY AT THIS TIME.

BUSINESS DAYS EXCLUDE WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS.

This delivery schedule applies ONLY to ITEMS IN-STOCK.

Items shipped from our vendors and special order items require additional delivery time.



(2) Can I ship my order to a Post Office Box?

NO, CASAMAR does not ship orders to Post Office Boxes.

(3) Will I receive a confirmation of my order and how can I check its status?

We will send you an email as soon as your order has been shipped which will include the information to track your order.

(4) What are your shipping charges?

Please refer to the UPS Zone Chart at ups.com/rates2007. CASAMAR uses UPS Ground Service and 2-Day Services Only. A flat fee of $3.95 is added to all orders as handling fee.



Original Merchandise Total does not include any merchandise discounts.

Shipments with "Free Shipping" use Standard.



(5) What does additional charges may apply mean?

Additional fees are charged for certain items because of their weight and size. These items will be noted on our website and in the catalog.

(6) Can I ship items to multiple addresses?

Yes, you can. Any time you have more than one item in your cart, you will have the ability to ship the items to multiple addresses during Checkout.

(7) What if I place an order from outside the Continental U.S., Alaska or Hawaii?

We currently cannot calculate shipping or billing charges for any online orders being shipped to countries outside Continental U.S. or to the following locations:

* Federated States of Micronesia * Marshall Islands * Northern Mariana Island * Palau * Puerto Rico * Virgin Islands * American Samoa * Guam

(7) Canada/Foreign shipping

Please call us (702)564-4887 from Canada and all other countries, to place your order for shipment outside the United States.

(8) Shipping to APO/FPO addresses

We are able to ship to APO/FPO addresses with few restrictions:

We do not offer Express or Overnight shipping to APO/FPO addresses. Additionally, some items are shipped directly from our vendors and may not be eligible for APO/FPO delivery. Generally, the items that would not be eligible for APO/FPO delivery are very large items such as furniture. We will be happy to provide information for specific items at your request.

R E T U R N P O L I C Y

We guarantee your complete satisfaction with the products we sell from our stores, catalog and website. If you wish to return merchandise we will exchange the product, credit your account or issue a refund. If any products you have purchased are damaged or defective, or part of an incorrect shipment, we will contact UPS to have them picked up. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for an item to be picked up.
